LEE ANTHONY HEAVENS DOB 5TH DEC 1983 -16TH JULY 2006 AGED 22 lee was the son of heather
x keith heavens brother to lisa michelle keith mark michael uncle to bailey allisha michael x new
nephews ronnie,lee harvey,lee macenzie brother in law to big,al lindsy steve emma karen ,lees best
friend is andy thay all ways treated each other as brothers ,andys mumx dad treated lee as a son he
was self employed from leaving school he was very family oreantated a lovely lad he had no children
but loved his niece x nepews so much lee was a mummys boy as the others would say how lee died he
went out on sat the 15th july to celebrate his first pay on a new contract him x is partener just
won big,al he bought a new van the last time i spoke to him he was asking if i liked his new
trainers x clothes i said take care x see you later on sunday morning i could see the police
helecopter over head the next to men at the gate wanted to speak to me x his dad apparently a young
lad was in oldham hospital so we said ok what has he done the next it was well hes now dececed my
minds thinking no not 1 of mine so you make the calls nothing from lee ,the next we here lisa spoke
to lee that morning at approx 6am lee had some how ended up on ashton road west failsworth were it
was said he had a bat were from we dont know as lisa said he never had 1 when she spoke to him yet
he was seen with a bat going mad some clever persons paul gimbert x michael dixon followed lee x got
him to the floor when a lady said get off him paul said no iv, had it with him she said at the
inquest she said hes making a funny noise what that was his last breath you see thay sat on lees
chest till he stopped breathing when the police arrived they were herd saying i think we have gone
too far but because cocaine was found in lees blood thay put it down to that even though the
officers left lee on the floor for 14mins with no help as thay could here the paramedics arriving
when thay did thay had to run up the road so we have to live with the fact could lee have survived
with help, we will never know to make things worse his cousin stood x watched all this happen yet
said she diden t know it was lee yet she was drinking with him 3 weeks prior to his death the
police have lost all lees belongins with the bat i wanted to have finger printed why these officers
have left the force to become bakers lee was a lovely son brother friend to so many his funeral was
standing room only my beautieful son taken from us all xxxxx

♡ The Hearts Library..... ♡

Imagine if I was given one moment,
just a single slice of my past.
I could hold it close forever,
and that moment would always last.
Id put the moment in a safe,
within my hearts abode.
I could open it when I wanted,
and only I would know the code.
I could choose a time of laughing,
a time of happiness and fun.
I could choose a time that tried me,
through everything I've done.
I sat and thought about what moment,
would always make me smile.
One that would always push me,
to walk that extra mile.
If I'm feeling sad and low,
if I'm struggling with what to do.
I can go and open my little safe,
and watch my moment through.
There are moments I can think of,
that would lift my spirits everytime.
The moments when you picked me up,
when the road was hard to climb.
For me to only pick one moment,
to cherish, save and keep,
Is proving really difficult,
as I've gathered up a heap!
I've dug deep inside my heart,
found the safe and looked inside,
there was room for lots of moments,
in fact hundreds if I tried.
Am building my own little library,
embedded in my heart,
for all the moments spent with you,
before you had to part.
I can open it up whenever I like,
pick a moment and watch it through,
My little library acts as a promise,
I'll never ever forget you

I could see that you were crying you found it hard to sleep.
I spoke to you softly as you brushed away a tear,

I was close to you at breakfast,
I watched you pour the tea,
You were thinking of the many times, your hands reached to me.
I was with you at the shops today; your arms were getting sore.
I longed to take your parcels, I wish I could do more.
I was with you at my grave today; you tend it with such care.
I want to re-assure you, that I'm not lying there.
I flew with you towards the house, as you fumbled for your key.
I gently landed on you; I smiled and said, 'it's me.'
You looked so very tired, and sank into a chair. I tried so hard to let you know, that I was there.
It's possible for me, to be so near you everyday.
To say to you with certainty, 'I never went away.'
You sat there very quietly, then smiled, I think you knew...
in the stillness of that evening, I was very close to you.
The day is over... I smile and watch you yawning and say 'good-night, God bless, I'll see you in the morning.'
And when the time is right for you to cross the brief divide,
I'll fly across to greet you and we'll stand, side by side.
I have so many things to show you,
there is so much for you to see.
Be patient, live your journey out...
then come home to be with me.
